From seeing there star rating, I was expecting to be put on hold forever, because my experience is that if people have bad experience with say someone in the warehouse, or some other part of the company it can permeate throughout the entire company. Not so here, they was super informative. Found the closet location that had in-stock the equipment Im looking for. He made the reservation for me and so a very easy pleasant experience. With his forklift Luis managed this maneuver with amazing delicacy without breaking any of the glass, before picking it up and moving it carefully into our driveway.
