We had 3 huge crates of a prefab greenhouse shipped to our house: 6.9 x 9.1 x 4.8 framework 2645 lbs 2.0 x 12.7 x 1.7 metalwork and wood beams 220 lbs 2.4 x 7.6 x 3.0 glass 1543 lbs The crate of glass was turned sideways on the truck, so it had to be rotated 90 degrees before the forklift could get under it. With his forklift Luis managed this maneuver with amazing delicacy without breaking any of the glass, before picking it up and moving it carefully into our driveway. Hello just wanted to leave a quick review and just want to tell everyone to look for a second opinion always. We had out forklift picked up about two weeks ago and got diagnosis for our forklift come to find out we got our bill over $9k in fees and said we needed a new transmission etc etc. So we asked for it back and asked for a second opinion so we ended up calling Toyota to check out our forklift come to find out all it needed was a wire replacement and Tc solenoid. I was in shock dude at Toyota was real professional. Ended up coating us not even more that $100 for the bandage. I would not recommend this company. Imagine if we would have just paid these guys? That's why it's good to call reliable and honest companies and this one is not it. read more

I went with JK Lift to do a maintenance and repair on an older forklift we have at our shop (which doesn't appear to have had any maintenance done to it in quite some time). I couldn't be happier. Echoing the experiences of others, they were extremely responsive. I called late afternoon, they arrived next morning, quickly diagnosed the issue (starter), ordered exactly the parts needed for the immediate repair and had me back up and running. They also fixed a couple of other things with spare parts they had on hand. I like that Luis suggested other repairs but also helped me prioritize them as less essential and also gave me a fair assessment of what would be involved. Mine is an unusual, 4 cylinder, gas powered Nissan forklift that I use around my personal property - no issue for them. What else can you ask for!?!? Luis went above and beyond. He clearly knows his stuff, can be relied upon for expert repairs, and very timely too! When our Forklift is down, and we just don't have time to wait around for repairs. Finding an honest mechanic can be like finding a needle in a haystack: he's like that -- it's like having your uncle know how to repair forklifts. He also did some work on our bobtail truck. I literally had three other forklift mechanics that I fired, one by one. Got a horrible diagnosis by one of them, wasted $250 on a part. I couldn't even return it in time because it took him a month to come by. Very frustrating. So it's really a godsend to have an honest, talented repair guy nearby.
