Daniel was often unresponsive, and we also had issues with the technicians' work. They installed a new dehumidifier, and we paid as soon as the installation was completed. However, the unit did not work properly for the next two months. On top of that, the company was very difficult to reach and slow to respond. This situation caused us to lose business. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. If you do decide to use them, I strongly recommend making sure the equipment is working properly before making the final payment and do not speak with Daniel.

Called again and spoke with another sales rep who was super competent and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions patiently and took care of the COI's my managing agency required. He gave me a much more reasonable delivery and installation price compared with the first sales rep . Everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with my new AC's. I guess my advice is to change sales reps if you're not satisfied because PC Richard generally has great ones.
