It was so dry overall. I expected a juicy full sandwich with plenty of toppings and sauce and was really disappointed. The pickle spear was good though and I saw other people who were eating in the restaurant had excellent looking sandwiches, so I guess it's just the takeout option maybe. We specifically wanted the steak and baked potato special. They ran out of potatoes before 6 pm and out of steaks not long afterwards. Our server stopped long enough to get our drink order but after that seemed oblivious to us even being there, even though she walked right beside us several times to take orders and deliver drinks, etc to other customers. I had to stop another server to take our order. It took about 30 minutes to get my super thin pork chop, cold mac n cheese and hard fried okra. My husband's wings and fries were overcooked. The initial server nor the other one ever attempted or even ask us if we needed a drink refill. It was obvious that regular customers took priority while new ones were ignored. Very disappointing!

1 star. Absolutely horrible customer service experience…read more I was the ONLY person in line and made it all the way through the salad stations. All that was left was lids for my dressing, bread, paying, and leaving. Another customer walked in BEHIND me and instead of finishing my order, the employee completely stopped helping me and took the new customer through the ENTIRE line while I stood there waiting. I then had to wait 5-8 minutes while the second customer slowly decided on ingredients and changed her mind multiple times. The person behind me got almost full uninterrupted service while I -- the first customer in line -- was left standing there waiting. What made it even worse was the manager's response. He defended the employee, told me she "did nothing wrong," and completely dismissed my frustration with a "have a nice evening." The issue wasn't just the wait. It was being skipped over and then treated like my frustration didn't matter. I've been there around 5 times in the last month, but after this experience, I will never return.
