Job was my entire downstairs area, about 500sq ft swapping carpet to LVP 1. We had an appointment for about a month ahead of time and then a week before we were told we would have to reschedule it to a later date, therefore causing me to call out of work the first day. Both my boyfriend and I needed to be off and present to move anything they wouldn't be willing to move, we have animals and tanks. 2. They were almost half an hour late the first day. 3. He said that he would have a whole team of people coming in and getting this done probably within one day. The people that showed up were Bill along with one guy and his son who looks to be about 14. Meanwhile Bill has actually left and never really helped so it is just Danilo and his son who were respectful and hardworking. Honestly this whole review is not even about Danilo, he did his job. It's mostly about Bill's business practices and horrible service. 4. Not finishing within a day even though Bill did the estimate himself and knew how much furniture we have. His reason was there is a lot of patching but still if he had an actual team of atleast 2-3 full grown people it wouldn't have been a problem. I had to call out, instead of just one day became two days because he didn't have enough manpower to do my job within the timeframe he said even after HE had to reschedule ME. 5. Bill then told me that I don't have to call out of work because it's OK if I leave my house completely unlocked and open even though I am literally in a condo with many people I don't know coming in and out of the neighborhood, I have three cats that are upstairs locked up and could possibly get loose, and his reasoning was that he's worked with Danilo for years and that he has INSURANCE. I really wanted to ask Bill, do you leave your house open for anyone to just walk into while no one is present? Brushing me off again. Why would I feel comfortable leaving my house open with that attitude? ***6. My MAIN complaint and reason for the rating: Bill was extremely rude, when he first walked in he basically said that he thought half of the items would be upstairs. I don't know how he expected that when we don't have that much space to begin with and had to live in the unit. During the estimate he said it wouldn't be a problem. We were able to move everything to his expectations in 20 mins. After he said there was patching and a lot of stuff (which he knew about) to move I reflected that he said during the estimate that he would have done it within a day. He then straight up told me "you aren't listening to me." As if I was stupid and brushing me off. Sorry Bill that you originally said it was a pretty small area and you'd be done pretty fast. On top of the inconvenience of me having to call out two days in a row,which you knew. You had no respect and walked all over me while expecting your "team" to do your entire job. I really hope that people see this review and decide to not work with you Bill. It's really disappointing because Dot, the secretary and Danilo were both decent people but you ruin the entire experience.

There were some tough transitions that Brian and his team were able to work miracles on. The floors look amazing. Best part was that Flooring Plus took care of all the logistical details and made it so easy. We went on vacation for a few days and Flooring Plus moved all the furniture, removed carpet, made repairs, installed new wood, refinished the old and created seamless transitions throughout.
