There was mold, corroded pipes, dry rotted walls, subfloor damage from leaks... We called Wake Handyman Services and arranged for a quote. They arrived on time, were very courteous, and obviously knowledgeable. Work started, and I was astounded at how much had to be done. Drywall came out, the old toilet was removed, the sink was gone, subfloor got ripped out. All work that I knew needed to be done, but I don't have the skill to do myself. New walls got installed, the ceiling was replaced, a new tub got put in. Not only did this work get done, but Jano would not rest until it was done right. I know a lot of handymen would have cut some corners to get the job done faster, but not Wake Handyman Services. Throughout all of this, Jano communicated every step of the way.
