I was scared and sick. When they came to my house,my pup was barking with all the visitors. They didn't blink and he is a big guy. By the time they got me in the ambulance, they had calmed Wilson too. The thing is, they didn't just transport me and dump me off t the hospital. They stayed with me till the Emergency Nurse came to take over. This helped. It's hard to be alone when you are not well.. I appreciated their care and kindness. Then the RN, I think Tiara? Began her professional attentive care calmed me. When you can't breath it creates fear and she was quick to give me care. Jade was already waiting to do a chest x-ray and was as kind as could be. They don't want you to drink anything, when you first arrive till they determine your care. But when you are struggling to breathe you become very uncomfortably dry. My Nurse gave me a sponge wipe for my lips. It sounds small but it so was not. Dr. Sing was terrific and efficient. Answered my questions and admitted me to the hospital. I was eligible for hospital at home because I am a senior . An excellent choice. I had been in this program before. I have asthma that can get out of control and they have been able to stabilize me before. The care you can get at home without being in the hospital is a big plus. A virtual doctor visit every day and 2 RN visits give you the support that you need without the trauma of being hospitalized. The Doctors were fantastic. I can't remember all their names but I do remember a Dr Leu and Dr Malek. There were 2 others and I am sorry I cant remember their names. The Doctors did not just give me medical directives, they partnered with me and planned with me. Very noble. Thank you. My Nurses, Christine, Michael, Joe, Sarah and Emily, all very thorough and compassionate. Even the couriers who delivered needed medicine, equipment and even food were prompt friendly and professional. I am feeling better and those partners are the reason why. Wilson Cheese made a bunch new friends. It's nice when the folks are caring for you, accept and understand your extended family. Thanks to you all.

I would like my doctor to have listened to me a bit more about what I thought was going on rather than being told that she didn't know and that it may have just been a virus. She was friendly and didn't rush me, but I felt we could have had a better dialogue.

Unfortunately, this was my first negative experience with the care I received following a procedure Dr.Patel and the anesthesiologist were both excellent. They were professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Dr. Patel was also informed of the negative encounter I experienced afterward and was very supportive and responsive to my concerns, which I greatly appreciated While I was in the PACU recovering from my procedure, Nurse Jean attempted to assist me with getting up. I informed her that my arm was hurting and that I was unable to move my left arm\. Despite expressing my pain and concerns, I felt that my concerns were disregarded, and she continued insisting that I sit up in a manner that I experienced as aggressive and rude. I directly informed Nurse Jean that I felt she was being aggressive and rude and requested assistance from another nurse. Given that I had just undergone a procedure and was experiencing pain and difficulty moving my arm, I expected my concerns to be acknowledged and handled with greater patience, care, and compassion. Following this encounter, Nurse Jen, who assisted me in the Rejuvenation/Recovery area of the PACU, and Jan, the Director of Nursing, provided assistance. Both were very professional, attentive, compassionate, and respectful. I sincerely appreciate the care and professionalism they demonstrated following such an upsetting experience. Having received care at the Endo Center since 2012 without a negative experience like this, I was particularly disappointed by this encounter. I want to emphasize that the remainder of the staff, including the front desk staff, Dr. Patel, the anesthesiologist, Nurse Jen, and Jan, the Director of Nursing, provided excellent and professional care. I hope my concerns regarding my interaction with Nurse Jean are taken seriously and appropriately reviewed so that patients recovering from procedures are listened to and treated with patience, respect, and compassion, particularly when they communicate that they are experiencing pain or difficulty moving.

I thought I had a respiratory infection of something like that. The staff carefully examined me, took the requisite tests, and treated me as if I was a long time patient. In fact, I told the doctor that I have been looking for a doctor and I asked if they ever take patients ... you know making the Urgent Care their personal care doctor. Sadly, he said no. The most important part of my visit ... the life saving part of my visit ... when the doctor came back to the examination room he calmly told me I didn't have a respiratory infection. He then asked, "Which emergency room are you going to go to?" Wait, an ER? Me??? The guy who hasn't been to a doctor in ages ... Yes, underlying what I thought was a sinus infection was a heart issue that might have killed me in a week or two but this Urgent Care doctor calmly and professionally directed me to the ER giving a quick explantion of his concerns. One week later I had two stents in my heart and a new regimen of medications, which I would not have had if I had not gone here. He got it right ... I am alive and doing quite well. FIVE STARS ... FIVE LIFE SAVING STARS!!!!

Dr. Steighner always takes her time with her patients. I never feel rushed or like I'm just a number. She really seems to love what she does for a living. I have been going to Garden State OB/GYN since the mid-90's. All of their doctors are exceptional, but there's something superior about Dr. Steigner that I prefer to the others. (I prefer professionalism to a joking personality - others may differ). Overall though, you cannot go wrong at Garden State!!!

She truly cared how I felt and wanted to make sure I had a great MRI experience with them. To be honest the entire staff treated me the same way! I do recommend this facility to my family, friends and, NOW, the World too!! However, I MUST let you know I would have given a 4-Star if it was not for the services I received from Alicia, Jenny and Natalie because there is NO handicapped button to push to enter or exit to assist patients with walkers, wheelchairs or canes and there are NO grab bars to assist with getting off the MRI table or dressing room area. I called to make an appointment and found out they had an appointment 2 days out at their Marlton location. I had to admit. The Yelp and Google reviews had me worried about snarky staff and long waits. I arrived early. They are bottom floor in the Rothman Institute building. Suite 101. I checked in with no hassle. I was there about 20 minutes early and I think I was taken back five minutes after my appointment time, so not too bad. The staff member (unfortunately don't recall her name!) was great and had me in and out of the xray room in about 15/20 minutes. Then I had to wait for a cd copy in the lobby but it only took 10 ish minutes or so.
