I was never told there were pain management doctors who actually wanted to help me. My serious, chronic pain was ignored and minimized. Recently I was having life-disrupting perimenopause symptoms, and I agonized to Dr Kirschner over not sleeping, sweating through my clothes several times a night, and worsening mental health. I was ignored and not given a single piece of advice about how to get help. I had asked to go on hormone replacement therapy and I was denied. At my 1st appointment with my female rheumatologist she diagnosed me with fibromyalgia. WHY WAS DR KIRSCHNER SO INEPT THAT HE MISSED THIS CRITICAL, LIFE CHANGING DIAGNOSIS? WHY DID HE IGNORE MY 5+ YEARS OF AGONY, SUFFERING WITH NO PAIN MANAGEMENT? There is no excuse for this serious, purposeful lack of care. ZERO concern was shown for my pain. Nurse Practitioner Lela Gould diligently provides ongoing care and treatment which has relieved many of my lifelong health issues. We've been going to Dr. Lipton for about 20 years now and his evaluations and treatment are spot on. It's a pretty decent drive (distance & timewise) for us but it's worth the trip. His treatments vary per ailment or injury and he always follows up with us on results of scans, tests or blood work. He recommends preventative measures that we find very effective and neither my wife or I take any prescription medications and haven't for almost 20 years. He is very knowledgeable and continues to learn and evolve with the times and we would trust no other doctor as much as Dr. Lipton for advice and treatment.

They get their panties in a bunch when you tell them your meds are low and you're asking them to send. Then they get upset when you *don't* tell them your meds are low. Truly hit or miss on them sending out the meds when they're due. If you have a medical complication they are truly unsympathetic. I'd call this a grey market, technically legal, but they're just glorified drug pettlers trying to get as much money they can while providing as little care as possible.
