Not only a great deal on my last vehicle, but a great deal on tires for my other vehicle. Good guys, trying hard, and making a difference.

This place is a great local secret. Great tires at reasonable pricing. Great service and really…read morenice employees. Usually they have the tires I need in stock. Had a blowout on I-10 and was directed here by a local. I ended up with 4 new, quality tires and I am 100% satisfied. Be sure to ask for Jesse, he knows tires and he will take care of you. I won't shop for tires anywhere else.

After they took my vehicle in to patch a leak, they removed the wheel, called me up to the counter…read moreto tell me they couldn't repair it because it was more than 6 years old saying "it was the law" (which I now know to be a lie, no such law, federal or state). He went on to tell me "no shops will do it". Another lie and by the way as it turned out, they were the only one's who wouldn't fix it. I told them to "forget it, just add air, it will hold until I get home", they refused, sited "the law" again and said that it was 'illegal' to touch that tire which again is a complete lie. Why did he need to remove the tire to tell me this? I thought he "couldn't touch it", so why did he. When I walked out to get my vehicle, I noticed the employee putting the lug nuts on one right after the other in line, tightening them with an impact tool, not in a star pattern which anyone knows is the proper way so the wheel lugs are tightened evenly. The novice then tried to tell me the tire was dry rotted which is a huge lie as there is absolutely zero cracks or damage on any of the tires as I showed him, which the next shop I went to concurred that their is no dry rot. 6 months ago they tried to sell me a battery which was the wrong one and was 40% more than a more recognized and reputable dealer. A year before that, they damaged a lug nut post on my wifes cars, again, we had to take it to a more credible auto center to have it fixed but which I was there, a lady sitting beside us said they damaged a tire pressure sensor and that cost her $104, a conversation I'll never forget. So why did I go there again? I came out of a business near by and noticed a low tire, figured surely they could handle patching one tire, nope, they wanted to sell me a set of 4, and by the way, they are the most expensive tire repair from Crestview to Chipley but don't take my word for it, ask them how much, them call a few others. Funny thing, they sell tires that are 4 years old but won't fix one beyond 6. Most people get flats around 10 years apart. That's some window of repair. Based on that, why say that you repair them at all. Bottom line, go there, do business but take lots of money, expect trouble, and to get fitted with new tires which have sat on their shelves for several years, then, everytime you get a flat, plan on buying a new one so you can be the one who's keeping them in business, not me.

I had one procedure done and was quoted three different prices. After discussing this with the manager, we scheduled another service based on his guarantee that he would make things right. The service was supposed to take 4-5 hours, but my vehicle ended up being in the shop for almost two full days. Parts had to be ordered, yet I was never called when they arrived, even though I specifically requested updates. When I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30 AM for the second service, I again asked for a midday call so I could plan around pickup. No one called. I finally called at 3:00 PM and was told the wrong parts had been ordered and nothing had been done to my vehicle, leaving me without it for yet another day. I live quite a distance from the shop and requested updates multiple times, confirmed my number, and spoke directly with the manager, but I never received a single call. For simple oil changes they may be efficient, but for anything beyond that, don't expect communication and plan on being without your vehicle for at least a couple of days.

In October 2024, I went to a different oil change place (Take 5) in Niceville, as it was close to my work. They threw a fit about putting my skid plate back on, saying it would "take a really long time". I asked that they still put it back on and I was willing to wait. Fast forward to this evening, February 5, 2025, I went here to Express for an oil change. Everything was fine, Anntwon was friendly and a great help. Once they were done, the tech doing the oil change, Travis, came to let me know that 17 of the 26 clips holding on my skid plate were missing. I knew exactly what had happened, Take 5 took it upon themselves to put on the bare minimum and chuck the rest. Travis was kind enough to tell me exactly what to get from the auto parts store and told me to bring my vehicle back and they would put them back on for me. I SINCERELY appreciate his willingness to help clean up someone else's mess and to make sure I knew exactly what to ask for at the auto parts store. I will most DEFINITELY continue to come here and only here for my future services. The staff here are polite, professional, and most importantly I trust them. Shout out to Anntwon and Travis for taking care of my vehicle and me this evening. You guys are very much appreciated!
