Sue Horlick, one of the PA's in the office, told my friend that she could give her epinephrine shot but would then need to call an ambulance or I could take my friend the the ER, which was less than a mile from this office. We elected to just go to the ER. My friend was emotional and scared because the cause of the reaction was unknow. As we were leaving Sue Horlick said, "Don't go to Chick-Fil-A first, go right to the ER. WHAT?? Why would you say something so unprofessional to someone who is looking for help. Maybe work on your empathy a tad! Good grief!

When scheduling an appointment the receptionist displayed wonderful phone etiquette and the text , email reminders and patient portal enrollment was very helpful. During my first visit there was no wait and Datanya saw me immediately. She reviewed my insurance coverage with me, discussed my weight with me and completed bloodwork without making me feel uncomfortable. Today I returned for test results and Datanya discussed the importance of women's health and following up with screenings for breast, cervical cancer as well as fibroids. Datanya demonstrated how to do a thorough self breast exam which my previous providers had not really spent much time educating me on or performing correctly. We also discussed the benefits of holistic medicine and not relying on an abundance of prescriptions, the importance of a well portioned healthy diet and exercise to avoid prediabetes.
