She is currently dancing around my house correctly humming "Dance of the Sugarplum Fairies", which they learned four months ago. Lessons tend to stick when they are having so much fun! We've only been to one party on the weekend, but I was impressed by how organized and fun it was. I was actually bored because my then 3 year old daughter was having a blast with her new friends and I didn't need to do anything. If it wasn't for the squeals of delight, I would've taken a nap. Now the owner is also one of the two teachers, and they are both very hands on with the children, so you mostly get the voicemail even during business hours. But I have always had my calls returned within a day, and when your child is enrolled in the preschool you get the teachers cell number for emergencies. And Mr Mike is at the desk for most of Tuesday, so if you are having trouble reaching them try before 3 on Tuesday.

Good job to the the team who made this day the best for us. We had amazing pictures!

Tatijana took on several tasks for us in the final weeks before our wedding, most notably building the floral display for the wedding arbor, that had not been originally asked of her, and she jumped in to help so graciously and without hesitation. Her effort allowed our family members to spend more time with us on our wedding day rather than working on decorations, and that means the world to us. After going through the wedding planning process, we now see how important it is to have vendors who not only are great at what they do, but who bring genuine heart and thoughtfulness to their work. Tatijana is certainly one of those people. Hire her and know your event will be in the best of hands!

We were so thrilled to walk into a fairytale ceremony. She set up the tables and arranged florals to perfection. Seriously - our main floral arrangement was spectacular! Even though we did not hire her primarily for her florals and tacked that on last minute, she delivered the most stunning center bouquet I have ever, ever seen! We used them all weekend and were so impressed with the sophisticated yet whimsical summer seattle arrangement of flowers. She makes impeccable aesthetic choices and set the boat up where we had our henna party perfectly. We had no worries walking into our day with her by our side. You will not be dissapointed working with Tatijana! She will not just be your wedding coordinator, she will be your friend, because that's just who she is. Tatijana we love you!! Plus they include a photo of the warehouse for easy navigating. Con: every 30 minutes late to the pickup and drop off times, you get a $50 late fee added. Doesnt matter the price of the item, $50 will be automatically added. So make sure your times are to be adjusted accordingly if need be.

However, she has been ghosting me for several weeks now. She only attempted to meet with me once (I was out of town) and never tried again. Her contract stipulates that a venue walkthrough is required 6 months before the wedding. I am now well past that window and she never reached out for this nor did she respond to my email asking about it. I asked for part of my deposit back as she has done nothing in terms of planning for my wedding and unsurprisingly she has not responded. Your wedding coordinator is supposed to relieve stress, not cause you stress. I'm only glad this happened now and not a week before the wedding so that I can find a wedding coordinator who is actually willing to do their job.

Pros: Decoration looks good. You get what you agree up on…read more Cons: Doina is unprofessional. Snaps at the host. Passes personal comments. She was couple of hours late to get the decoration done. Which led us to panic and didn't get to start the event on time. She needed lots of help from our guests to get things setup. For an outdoor party, she needs to have a backup plan for the backdrop to hold for slight wind. It wasn't that the wind was too high. During the argument, she also mentioned to take her stuff back and leave. she is rude. She is also racist and passes comments about your job and other vendors you might be working with. For the amount she charges, she needs to be professional and work with the host.

Pros: she has a taste and amazing ideas about decor…read more Cons: she will neither start nor complete the decor on time no matter how much she assures you she will. I am surprised to see for the amount of money she charges her customer service. We were very specific about what we want her to do and she ended up delivering just 70% of the decor only. She has no help it's her and her husband I believe who pretty much do all the work. Initially when we were finalizing her she gave us the impression that she has a crew working for her which led us to believe that she has enough help to run her business which isn't true at all. She was extremely rude too and very racist to my surprise as I had not read the other reviews on yelp and Google by then. But now that I have read I can see she has a trend of being late, providing poor customer service, being rude and racist. She needs to learn that no business can run with customer service and attitude like hers. We paid her all the money before getting the service delivered that was a big mistake as that way as customers we loose the negotiating power I suggest anyone hiring her in the future that don't pay her before you getting all of your work done once you are satisfied then pay her otherwise later on no matter how much ever she is at fault she won't agree to it instead will start playing the victim card herself. I trusted her blindly thinking she will deliver everything we agreed upon and didn't expect her to be rude and racist until we started talking to her after the fact.

After the wedding, I now think this was the best money we ever spent. Throughout the day, they made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. They told me when and where to go to keep everything moving on time, they coordinated all the setup, and made sure I didn't accidentally run into my fiancé before the ceremony. After the ceremony they were kind and smart enough to set aside some appetizers for my wife and I to enjoy in our room while we took a quick breather. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team. We cannot recommend them highly enough.
