Was looking for a couch/settee to rent at a $30 price as we used it as a part of our "DIY" photo…read moreshoot for our wedding. The pictures showed the cushions being beige. What we picked up had brown cushions. Definitely not what i expected, however it still worked and people still used it. Make sure to ask what you are getting before renting. Do not assume the first picture you see is what you will be renting as they have other colors. Pickup and drop off was easy. The people we noted to pick up the item just stated our name. Plus they include a photo of the warehouse for easy navigating. Con: every 30 minutes late to the pickup and drop off times, you get a $50 late fee added. Doesnt matter the price of the item, $50 will be automatically added. So make sure your times are to be adjusted accordingly if need be.

I asked for part of my deposit back as she has done nothing in terms of planning for my wedding and unsurprisingly she has not responded. Your wedding coordinator is supposed to relieve stress, not cause you stress. I'm only glad this happened now and not a week before the wedding so that I can find a wedding coordinator who is actually willing to do their job.

I am surprised to see for the amount of money she charges her customer service. We were very specific about what we want her to do and she ended up delivering just 70% of the decor only. She has no help it's her and her husband I believe who pretty much do all the work. Initially when we were finalizing her she gave us the impression that she has a crew working for her which led us to believe that she has enough help to run her business which isn't true at all. She was extremely rude too and very racist to my surprise as I had not read the other reviews on yelp and Google by then. But now that I have read I can see she has a trend of being late, providing poor customer service, being rude and racist. She needs to learn that no business can run with customer service and attitude like hers. We paid her all the money before getting the service delivered that was a big mistake as that way as customers we loose the negotiating power I suggest anyone hiring her in the future that don't pay her before you getting all of your work done once you are satisfied then pay her otherwise later on no matter how much ever she is at fault she won't agree to it instead will start playing the victim card herself. We were too busy with pictures to have enjoyed them otherwise. They let us know when it was time to go down for dinner, which we had opted to do outside. We had some bad luck, and it was very hot and sunny - so much so that we decided we needed to move the dinner inside, and Kyro and her team got it all sorted in minutes. Our venue had very strict rules where we would be charged steep fines if everyone (including cleanup) wasn't out by a certain time, and she and her team made sure that everything went to plan. They packed our cars with everything we had brought, making sure we didn't forget a thing. We could not have made it through without the help of Kyro and her team.
