I emailed the company my contact info. I was contacted by Austin and we set up a time for him to come out and assess my home. He arrived on time on the designated day and assessed my property and gave me a price for two days work. You are required to put down a deposit of a third of the cost. I was sent an invoice via email and paid my deposit. On the first day of cleanup, I was introduced to the supervisor of the crew Candice. I made sure she knew what needed to be kept, which wasn't very much. The crew got to cleaning and throwing things out. They did a good job but I was quoted a price but they ended up needing another day to complete the process, which meant i had to pay for the second day. This is where the issues come in. Even after 2 days of cleaning, there were things that they forgot to clean, like my ceiling fans. I did call them about this and they came back out. I later noticed that they still didn't clean my ceiling fan in my master bedroom. After all of this, I didn't contact them again. I was over it. If you are going to charge a steep fee for your services, please make sure all the services are completed.

I guess they don't go to condo units all that often because despite telling the scheduler over the phone and in email what my unit number was, it was never included in my address. In my experience, most services will give you a notification that the technician is on their way. I got notified when the guy called me because he went to the HOA office, since he didn't have my unit number. The HOA wouldn't have known anything even if someone was there since I own my condo and am responsible for the inside. The guy arrived, walked around inside with his dirty boots, and only peaked into my vents which were my main concern. He did test the stains in my ceiling with what I assume was a device that measures moisture. Then he said "I have everything" and left. No "goodbye" or letting me know what he saw or what next steps could be taken.
