I apparently asked too many questions, but wanted to make sure all services were included in the plan. I had prepaid before they would do any work. After months of dissatisfaction I decided to get my credit refunded. The woman was very rude and wouldn't stop demeaning me long enough to let me talk. She then said I never had to return to the office and everyone thought I complained too much, then she hung up on me. I spent over $9000. and was treated very poorly and don't have a wearable denture. I called home office to report my experience. I was told they would go over my complaints and get back to me. It's been several weeks and no return call. I sent emails and they were ignored too. They may be fine for basic dental services, but my experience continues to be frustrating and stressful. I have never been treated so badly. I feel cheated I didn't receive what I paid for and no attempt was made on their part to remedy the situation.

After I explained she informed me that she would address my problem and said they would reimburse my full amount. I was really surprised and thank her for helping me out. Within 3 days I had a check in the mail. The fact that Dr. Genetti personally contacted me and took care of my problem shows she cares about her patients. I am out of network for my dental insurance. But I checked with the insurance on what kind of…read morecoverage I would have for a comprehensive evaluation and if they used code D9310 for billing my insurance would cover 80% of the $250 charge. I called 2 times and informed billing about the code and when I went to my appointment I made it clear I didn't want to have the evaluation if they used another code. I was told on the phone and at the appointment they would use that specific code. When I want to pay the bill at checkout they told me total bill is $445. I had to pay out of pocket and they would send to my insurance company. The other charge was for Radiographic imaging. I thought everything was part of the evaluation but I paid it thinking the insurance company would pay 80%. They did not use the code number I gave them for billing and out of $445 charge the insurance company only paid $66. When I called billing about this matter they said they don't use that billing code I questioned why 3 times they told me they do and gave them the code each time. This was a problem for me due to being out of work from surgery and didn't have a lot of money to spend for a consultation. I feel I was lied to and not properly informed about the additional charges for the Radiographic. Needless to say I will not go back for the second consultation to discuss what dental procedures they recommend.

Hello! My name is William Maldonado. I'm an unsatisfied…read morecustomer. I had an appointment at 12:15 today. When I went to the front desk, I showed my insurance card to the girl working there. The card is a dental card that my employer provided me with two days ago. The girl took a look at the card and simply expressed that it was a medical insurance card rather than a dental card. I showed her that the card clearly says: dental card. When we proceeded with the dental cleaning the dental hygienist( Rany) just removed the tartar formation in my front teeth not the ones in the back, also polishing my teeth with a special paste or pumice to remove plaque and stains was a forgotten step which is needed to leave my teeth smooth and shiny, this step was forgotten or simply the hygienist was in a rush. Another step which I did not receive or was purposely forgotten due to poor professionalism or lack of knowledge was flossing between my teeth to remove remaining plaque or debris. 2 steps were forgotten and made me think about the professionalism of the staff working there and how they are going to manage to keep customers going to their practice. The poor procedure of removing tartar formation just from the front teeth and not from the rest, in addition to no flossing or polishing clients teeth, demonstrates a substandard kind of care that should not be given in the USA. Overall rating = substandard dental care, worst than mediocre.
