Shortly after, I was taken to the back by one of their hygienist who was very friendly. She explained procedures and after I had an extensive exam and photos. The appointment was completed within an hour, which I really appreciate given how little time we all have in our day for doctors' appointments -- and the quality is absolutely still there! When I mentioned a sensitive tooth, Dr. Desai was gentle and attentive, explaining each step, reviewing and assessing every tooth, and concluding with recommendations. Dr. Desai offered helpful suggestions like using Sensodyne for gum recession and shared best practices for whitening products. I absolutely plan to return for a professional whitening treatment and appreciate that Dr. Desai can make custom trays for a perfect fit -- I want a higher level of whitening than the over-the-counter products. Dr. Desai's background speaks for itself. He graduated from the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University, earning his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2012 with Honors in the advanced standing program for international dentists.
