She identified concerns with my cancer treatment which could cause issues with my recovery. This was not identified by the other dentist I have seen. In short, her attention to detail, and concern for my health resulted in a quick recovery and no issues. I highly recommend Dr. Reddy to anyone. Which I've been waiting on for months in the meantime my abcess got worse, I needed to go to ER got a shot, a very potent antibiotic, and pain medicine. I was seen at ER on A Tuesday and tooth was removed in 3 days. I had to travel 2 hours from home, more antibiotics, pain meds, and a rinse 3 times a day. The Dr. was amazing numbed me up tooth was out in under 1 minute. I had called keystone for help and they called back when I said I don't have thousands for anthesia they said they would call back and never did.

I paid for the cost of having a crown re-cemented upfront, which was $250. They told me they would submit the claim to my insurance and, if the insurance covered the claim, they would reimburse me for what I paid up front. Well, Humana paid the entire bill in full in December 2024. So I went there Jan 2nd and asked them to reimburse me. They said they would "send me a check". Two weeks later, I still had not received the check so I called back to ask where it was. They told me that they were working on it and they would get it to me soon. Their office is simply up the road from me about 10 miles so it shouldn't take two weeks to get me a check. They said "oh they were sorry "but they didn't send the check yet and they would "get on it right away " and they would send it out by the end of the week. Two weeks after that, I called back again because I still hadn't received it, and I was given the same answer. Well, three weeks ADDITIONAL later , I still don't have the check. Total of eight weeks now since I was seen there and after they received payment from me AND and the insurance company ---both in full. So I went back to the office in person on February 11, 2025, to ask them if they could simply credit my credit card that I used to pay the bill when I was there the first time. The same credit card machine is still sitting there on the desk, but for some reason, they don't know how to process a refunder to the original card that I used ?? Never heard of such a thing in my life. I used to do this myself on a daily basis so I know it can be done. The office manager behind the desk said she was unable to do that. Why??? She then said she had to consult with the Doctor Who was in the back working on a patient. When she came back, she said "we don't keep checks in the office "and you'll have to come back tomorrow. We open at 8 AM and we'll be here all day . There was a patient sitting there waiting her turn for an appointment and she witnessed this and thought that it was very unusual as well. I asked the office manager why she couldn't simply process a credit to my credit card and she said she was "simply taking orders from the doctor ". Huh? ???? I've been very sick with an upper respiratory virus for the past three weeks and I'm not supposed to be outside at all. I'm supposed to be in bed resting. This is not a inconvenience to me, it is causing me health issues to have to run out in the cold weather because people refuse to do their damn job.. So, I'm going back again today and they had better give me my money TODAY or they're going to end up in court and having their license revoked for billing fraud. I've already contacted PA Attorney General's office and I have alerted Humana to unethical billing practices by this dentist. I was told by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office to give them three chances to pay me and then after that, I should file a formal complaint. I have now given them five chances to pay me and they still continue to give me the runaround. This is the last time I'm dealing with this. I'm fully prepared to process my formal complaint if I do not receive payment today. Be warned!! before you go to visit any provider Gather your insurance information together and make sure that they're going to cover the bill BEFORE you pay out-of-pocket! I had authorization for my insurance company, but they insisted on me paying upfront and being reimbursed. This is a practice that needs to be outlawed. FYI: File a complaint with the Attorney General's Health Care Section by: Calling - 1-877-888-4877, mailing in a PDF or submitting an ONLINE Complaint.

I went to Fellows and Smink in Pottsville because I heard from a friend with GOOD teeth that they…read morewere pretty good. My teeth are not that good. I wear an upper partial created by another dental place in 2016. I worked in a battery plant that caused lead to get in my body. Also I have periodontal disease since my early 40's. I got stuck with Dr. Fellows. He seemed like a good dentist at 1st. I told him right off that my partial was a "interim partial" and that its not fitting correctly. Making my mouth sore. I wanted it replaced with a better fitting 1. So. upon starting up with Dr. Fellows. it quickly went downhill. I would get my teeth cleaned by the hygienist and he came in once , maybe 2x took look my teeth over and only took x-rays once in 2021. Then , my next several cleanings. He wasnt even in the office to look at my remaining teeth to exam them. the cleaner woman did her best. But he wasnt around. I decided to look at my bills from them. I was being BILLED as if I saw the dentist and did not. He wasnt around. That irked me. The staff was not that friendly either. He never got around to replacing the 6 year old interim partial. Also the last time he took xrays was in 2021 ! I had my teeth cleaned 2 more times and said. this isnt working out. Im not seeing a dentist I just see the hygienist and Im not getting what Im paying for and no xrays. then to top it off. My partial broke in half. he sent it out to get fixed instead of REPLACING THE WHOLE THING LIKE I WANTED from the beginning. So. for the last year Ive had to chew very carefully. Im not a candidate for implants so .... what teeth I have are precious. So. upon returning to my old dentist. they immediantly found 2 teeth with cavities. They told me 1 tooth cold be repaired but it wasnt going to last forever. the second tooth. they said it has a cavity on the bottom. We dont think it can be fixed. So. Im pretty sure his not looking at my teeth and not taking xrays and billing me for not even being there. Caused these issues to complicate and already bad oral health. 1 of my family members also had a bad experience there also. I should have sued the place.

Honestly, I had a hard time believing them because maybe there was more to it. WELL, let me say, my daughter LOVES the dentist. She gets so pumped about going. She listens, sits completely still, follows all commands. We went today and she was excellent... I can't emphasize this enough. He told us that he can't see what's under an old filling done elsewhere so he needs to take that off to look... Um, what lol? And she had a cavity between two teeth in the back that was supposedly SUPER BIG AND NEEDED TO BE DONE ASAP and is also recommending a METAL CAP (what is this, 1973?). He says she'll need to be under general anesthesia because she won't be able to tolerate it because she'd and I quote "will have to have her mouth open for 30 mins". I really just wish I had listened to my friend who had a similar experience. We will not be going back. To the parents out there... this felt like scare tactics with unnecessary risks involved.
