The piling was there, but was about 2" short. I had to add blocks to where it's actually supporting the house. Approx. 2 weeks later the floor is squeaking in an area that wasn't before. They did not replace the skirting they'd removed while working. I spent over 4 hours replacing the skirting. I tried to contact them, no response.

Within twenty minutes they had the leak located and proceed to jackhammer their way through my bathroom floor. The copper pipe's pinhole leak was exactly below the hole they bored. The only portion of the floor that I needed to replace following their repaired of the foundation, was a single 12" by 12" ceramic tile. The technicians were professional, friendly, more than willing to respond to all of my questions. They worked quickly and cleanly. Other than a missing floor tile and the obviously wet concrete in its place, one would have never known that they were here. The bill was exactly what they quoted and the whole job took only two hours. While I hope I will never experience another leak in my foundation piping, if I do, East Texas Leak Locators will be my first call.

They did not show up in that two hour window and when they were contacted about that, there was a note that dispatch had changed the window without telling us. Technician arrived 30 minutes outside of window. He then attempted to charge $350 for the inspection. He claimed the $80 was just for a service fee. Dispatch either lied or omitted the truth. He then proceeded to do very little if anything other than take the $80. Horrible company. I will not use again.
