My excitement began to fade as they called me in to get the pedicure. It was not too bad until she had trouble getting the polish on. Then the manicure was so bad I had to take it all off and go buy some nail polish so I could possibly fix it. There was no soaking the nails, and pushing back the cuticles nor buffing to get the lines on the nails to smooth out. The whole thing look like a 6 year old tried to do it. Then they took me into get a massage with damp polish. I tried running cold water over them, but the polish was just too wet. The massage turned out ok. The nails and toes were just awful. The cost above what my husband purchased was $80.00. That's like crazy price for an absolute wreck of a manicure and pedicure. I would never recommend this place unless you want to throw money a

Amanda answered the phone. I asked if anyone had any availability for a haircut today. She said she would look. Then asked if I had ever been there before, I stated that I had not. Got a real quick NO! No offer of when they might have availability. Just simply no. I guess they do not need any new business. Well I can promise I will not ever consider Terrame Salon ever in the future! No customer service at all.

Everyone in town raves about this place so I decided to book a spa day that included a massage,…read morefacial, and pedicure, back in early Nov '21. This was in the hopes of having my new regular spot for services, but let's just say I don't wanna go back here. This is not my first spa experience, so I was a bit put off by the service through the day. I arrived and there's no clear signage on where to go, eventually someone told me to go check in upstairs, and a girl took me around to ask if I wanted a robe, since it was a full day thing I thought that was assumed. Anyway, after changing I was to put my belongings in a locker, but they were all missing keys, the girl was confused and told me to just put my stuff wherever, which was not a way to begin a relaxing day. Also, nobody I saw working up to that moment was wearing a mask, which just added to my anxiety. The massage therapist was first, and she was great (Sydney), and also wore a mask the whole time, she's the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, I would see her again at a different location. Meanwhile, the person who did my facial could not bother to wear a mask and didn't even give me any feedback during my service. And the lady who did my pedicure didn't even want to talk to me and decided to chat with the next chair over instead. Oh, and after the massage I noticed they had brought keys for the lockers for new clients who came over but didn't say anything to me, so I took it upon myself to move my stuff to a locker with a key at that point. Management seemed nice and sent me home with a box of chocolates and a candle, but the services were not up to par, and the lack of masking was a complete turn off. So I'm still trying to find a spa in the area.

It's clean, fragrant, and relaxing as soon as you walk in. The staff is beyond friendly, courteous, and respectful. The whole experience from walking in until you walk out is easy, maybe too easy... but it was amazing all the times I have been here. The massages vary greatly and I prefer deep pressure, to the point of discomfort. Ying obliged and worked as hard as she could to maintain the pressure throughout, which she has done every time I go here. She truly is a sorceress in the aspect of being able to find and work out all the stress, knots, and soreness that I bring to her. I don't know if you can beat the service or price here. Sure, it's in a strip mall and not some resort or hotel place; if you are looking for that then this probably isn't going to be your vibe. If you are looking for perhaps one of the best massages at a beyond reasonable price, then you cannot go wrong here.
