The first three sessions felt rushed--very quick in and out. During the third session, my back was burned, leaving red circular marks all over my back, that required silver cream and were quite painful. Coverage was inconsistent, with no clear grid system used to ensure all areas were treated evenly, resulting in patchy areas ("tiger striping"). For my final two sessions, I had a fourth technician who used a completely different approach and showed much more attention to detail. Unfortunately, by that point, the inconsistency had already impacted the overall results. The cool sculpting, 5 stars! She was amazing! From the initial screening, throughout the two sessions, the touch up and final. Very good And pleased with those results.

I arrived and there's no clear signage on where to go, eventually someone told me to go check in upstairs, and a girl took me around to ask if I wanted a robe, since it was a full day thing I thought that was assumed. Anyway, after changing I was to put my belongings in a locker, but they were all missing keys, the girl was confused and told me to just put my stuff wherever, which was not a way to begin a relaxing day. Also, nobody I saw working up to that moment was wearing a mask, which just added to my anxiety. The massage therapist was first, and she was great (Sydney), and also wore a mask the whole time, she's the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1, I would see her again at a different location. Meanwhile, the person who did my facial could not bother to wear a mask and didn't even give me any feedback during my service. And the lady who did my pedicure didn't even want to talk to me and decided to chat with the next chair over instead. Oh, and after the massage I noticed they had brought keys for the lockers for new clients who came over but didn't say anything to me, so I took it upon myself to move my stuff to a locker with a key at that point. Management seemed nice and sent me home with a box of chocolates and a candle, but the services were not up to par, and the lack of masking was a complete turn off. I talked to the owner, who was very dismissive. He gave me cream that was supposed to help with healing but didn't give any instructions on how to use it. To make matters worse, he gave me the cream as if I owed him for it. I had multiple RF microneedlings before moving to Alabama. So, I know that this time was not normal. It has been over a month since then, and the discoloration and needle scars persist. I reached out to the owner for a full refund. He said they don't provide refunds but only store credit. Please tell me who, in their right mind, would want to go back to their medspa after what I have endured. Microneedling is supposed to make my face look better, not damage it. I have taken care of my skin, and they ruined it. The least they can do is own up to it and hold themselves accountable. Do not go to this spa! If something goes wrong with your procedure, you are on your own! They have no accountability!

I really needed to get in sooner but this was the first available. While setting the appointment, the office set me up an account, got my insurance information and personal information. They told me a date and time and I confirmed with them the time specified. The day finally comes for me to come in and I noticed that I had not received a reminder text or call, which I thought was unusual as most doctors these days will send a reminder. I get to the office 25 minutes early to take care of new patient paperwork and I was told no appointment was set. They have my account information that was set up that day but they did not actually have an appointment for me. I had moved around meetings at work to make the time they had told me and driven nearly 45 minutes to get here. I expressed my concern as they looked for other available days nearby. They agreed to see me today but set it for hours later than my appointment time. I sat in the waiting room watching patient after patient come in to the waiting room and go back for treatment. Finally my name was called. The assistant put me in a room and asked me what I was there for. I told her a few concerns and said I would like an overall check up. The assistant left the room and returned with a paper gown. The doctor was very thorough, Listened to everything I had to say, and seemed generally interested In addressing my concerns. I'm pleased they were able to work me in but feel like it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with if the office had set the appointment line they told me. I will say however that those who had an appointment that did not get messed up were seen fairly quickly.,

She called her manager and the manager told us we were to pay for the lotion of have the cops called. We asked to see the video footage of the theft, she then says well there isn't any video footage one of her regular customers told her. We were banned for something we didn't do and was not shown any video of any of us doing such a thing. We would have gladly paid for it if the allegations were true and actually shown footage.
