I got full highlights and a cut. Both were awesome. After playing with my hair for a few days, I noticed a tiny portion of highlight I wasn't happy with and asked if it was something she could fix. She immediately got me in (on her day off, I later found out) and fixed it, no problem. I was super impressed by that and didn't feel like I was an imposition to her.
