Our kitchen designer Stacy was efficient, creative and responsive. Her attention to detail was remarkable! Down to getting the make and dimensions of every appliance, keeping us in our budget by showing us different ways to obtain a high end look and always getting right back to us. We thought that these cabinets would look good for a long time but instead they show deterioration in less than 3 years. The lady I spoke to advised me to go to Home Depot with my measurements and get something there. I explained that I was looking for something that was custom made to fit the dimensions and not look like an "after market" product and she sounded beyond confused. Any business that wants to send you to Home Depot when they can make money in their own field is one I will stay clear of.

I recently called-in my paint order and still had to wait 45 minutes at the counter to get service on a Friday , just to pick up my paint. To add insult to injury, I spoke up in frustration as a number of people came in after me and were served while I was still waiting. I was basically okay to wait until this happened. My suggestion is for you folks to is use a ticketing system similar to what grocery store deli's use. it's extremely simple...or, the paint department counter person could simply ask "who is next?" Leaving your customer to self-manage when they get service is always bad business.

You would expect the second attempt to be handled better, but it wasn't. After that second last-minute cancellation, we requested a refund. It has now been over a month, and we still have not received our money back, nor have we received any meaningful communication or updates from them. The lack of professionalism and accountability has been unbelievable. At this point, we cannot recommend this company to anyone.
