I have to start with the statement that I have nothing to gain personally for any reviews, but I've been a patron of the restaurant many times and Lincoln Pharmacy is our primary medication provider for my job (a mental health/behavioral health non-profit). If the food is good enough for Michelle Obama, then it's more than fine for me! for anyone complaining about ANY restaurant right now, shame on you. Sorry you had to wait 2 minutes and burn an extra calorie or two anxiously waiting for your extra butter and syrup, but everywhere is struggling. Go back home under the bridge until you sprout some decency. Now, for the pharmacy. I don't have enough positive things to say. Like I've stated before, Lincoln Pharmacy provides our consumers with their medications, and let's just say that most require a dozen or more medications daily, constant changes, new doctors, our 1000 questions and they have consistently accommodated our complex needs quickly, effectively and always with a smile. That includes ALL of the wonderful staff as well as the pharmacists. I've seen a pharmacy staff member advocate for somebody in our program needing a heart medication in 2018 that was denied by her insurance. You won't get that service anywhere else. Trust me. Oh they also deliver too! And it's not some random person each month who shoves everything into a mailbox. You will get to know the drivers, and know that they actually care about you, your privacy, your medications and your safety (proper PPE the past year). sorry for the manifesto. support local businesses!..especially ones that would support YOU

If they didn't have your size you can order the size and color of your choice. Something that I really liked was that you can get then embroidered right there. They have a book of logos and you just tell them your unit or employer and they can look up the logos for you. I thought that was pretty neat. You don't have to go anywhere else to get the logo. It's small inside but they carry most everything one would need from a pharmacy with regard to over-the- counter medications and treatments. The pharmacist is wonderful and if you need something filled they don't have on hand they get it ordered and in for you within days. Love this mom and pop pharmacy.

In February 2025 my son was involved in a car fire resulting in 10% chance of survival and burns…read moreover 45% of his body. When it came time to get compression garments in June 2025 this is the company MedStar Washington Hosp. contracted with. As such we were instructed to use their services. I use services very lightly. When then called me regarding the order, they stated that it showed they were out of my network so they needed to collect the full payment up front before they'd create any of the garments. The rep then proceeded to push to sell him/me on 4 sets of garments stating they would last longer. Never mentioning that they should be replaced every 3 months. After all that, they they refused to send the garments until they heard from the insurance. Even though we paid out of pocket up front as instructed. The company finally agreed to release one garment stating they'd try to bill the insurance for the other three. They finally told me they received approval in September and mailed the garments and would work on refunding our money paid out upfront. Only to then be told oh that was a miscommunication and that we were denied. We paid in full in June 2025, Compression Management didn't begin trying to bill my insurance until OCTOBER 2025 (which is confusing b/c we'd been told the month earlier it was processed)? I've had reps from my insurance and from Conifer the intermediary of my insurance repeatedly reach out and try to iron out the issues with little to no success. As of today March 20, 2026 we've yet to clear this claim up or receive our money back. Never, I mean NEVER again will we work with Compression Management. They are supposed to be helping those that have already lived through horrible life events. But instead they are obviously less concerned about the patients and more concerned with money.

I was assured by someone that there would be no cost to me. That has not been the case.
