After 3 weeks had passed, the temporary fix had broken again, so I called him to see if the spring was in. He said he would come later that day with a spring from the warehouse? It seems to me that he had the spring the entire time, forgot about me and never apologized for it, so I questioned why there was not better communication from him. He said he would come out later that day to fix. About and hour later he called to inform me that he was not going to repair my garage door because I hurt his feelings when I questioned him. No accountability for his actions and I would NEVER recommend him to anyone I would've given no stars but of course Yelp makes us give at least one

There was no troubleshooting area for this issue besides the sensors either being dirty or unaligned. My husband and I spent quite a bit of time and effort attempting to troubleshoot the problem. I called Overhead garage door hoping they would supply an answer by phone. Instead they took a credit card and sent a technician. I showed him what was happening and he turned a knob on the garage motor. The garage door went down. It took a week for them to send the$125 bill. The garage door was again stuck. I researched again and saw in a Reddit post that sun was affecting the sensor. Now, we had the real answer. Yes, the service agent had come timely. Happily I was smart and took a photo of the garage door motor. But these guys could care lessabout helping unless they could extract unnecessary fees.
