I called today because I needed some money and he owes me over $5,000 I can not get it. He may do decent work but he does not pay his employees. He has a huge problem keeping help so he is often a one man crew. Reason for that is he don't pay his help. Very greedy and shady. I bought 2 ptac units from Shawn that were in a motel for heat/ac...when I talked to him he said…read morethey all needed a bearing for fan and that was all..45$ for parts he stated...I bought 3 of them for 250 ea, and upon picking them up talked to him and seemed like a good Christian person...I again asked if that's all that was wrong and he said yes, and if anything else he would make it right and pay it back...He didn't have a clue what was wrong he just removed them doing a job and seen cash and sold junk...my stupid for trusting someone...took first one in and cost me 175 to fix took second and third in to fix and my HVAC guy said they couldn't be fixed...they were shot...so 500 out...this all happened late 2019 and I'm now oct 2021 and still no payment from him...sent msgs and he always had something wrong so I gave him benefit of doubt and gave time..then something else again I gave him time...I have msgs from him where he states he will pay back...guess what nothing...I said pay 50 month something, nothing...after reading that he doesn't pay his own family back what do I expect to get back...He is going through hard times I believe so as a Christian myself I'm gonna let it go and hope it helps him out, however do not do this kind of business with him...I'm not saying anything about his work, but do not trust if he wants to sell ya an a/c or anything electrical or household. He just removes and sells that way and says works...so I'm out 500$..just for you all to know...

He got upset when we asked him to please clean up after himself a little bit. We are living in our house with small children and liked some barriers put up between the work area and living space. We let him use our ladders and asked if he would clean them when he was done but he did not. He charged us more than he initially told us and worked twice as long as the project was expected. My husband worked a day hanging sheetrock to help him get caught up. He also told my husband to do the two areas of patchwork himself that we asked him to do because of our complaints about his housekeeping. This project really was not that big. He also blamed us for him cancelling a vacation to get this project done. We were not impressed and would not recommend.
