Very nice lady answered and set me up with an appt. The tech came out and I showed him the wear marks. I informed tech I just bought this house and I found these marks. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and professional looking. The tech represented Tri State very well I thought. The tech showed me that the doors had worn some of the 2x4 framing inside the garage to the point that they do not rub anymore and everything was working fine but he checked the rollers anyways and said there was a slight adjustment he could do to the first wheel on the track. Since he was out here anyways, I had him lubricate the spring and all the joints.

They made up some 4% fee to take off my refund even after I paid for the horrible work. Do your research before hiring anyone! We thought we would enjoy it but didn't realize just how nice it was really going to be. The crew was professional and wasted no time in getting to it. In addition to the garage they also installed a new floor in our screened porch. That turned out equally nice. Both projects were so nice we wished we had done this years ago. This was a 3 day project and even though we are 100 miles or so away we felt the cost was well worth it. Give them a try - you will not regret it!
