I had a horrible time trying to get them to come out and complete the install, I begged and pleaded with texts not being returned. That led me to contact another contractor and thats how I found out about the issues. I was nice enough to still allow them to keep the money in full and asked for a refund of my remaining money. They made up some 4% fee to take off my refund even after I paid for the horrible work. Do your research before hiring anyone! They also adjusted my front door and did not reinstall the trim correctly. It looks horrible!

We had ACS come to our home to give a quote for new garage doors. I explained that I wanted the…read morebrick mould around the garage doors replaced because they were dented. I showed him all of the dented areas and he assured me (3 different times throughout our visit) that the brick mould would be replaced. He told me that the mould would be the same color as the rubber seal that would be put in around the doors. He also told me that the brick mould would be included in the quote. I called ACS to voice my concerns and I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that their salesmen had so many years of experience that none of them would have told me that (the salesman that came to my house seemed very young). A short time after I called, a lady called me to see how I liked my new doors and when I explained my concerns to her, she said she wanted to talk to someone else in the office and get back to me. This call happened in May and I have yet to receive a call back from them. I love the look of the doors, but my dented brick mould was not replaced as I was told it would be, so now I have had to hire another company to replace the brick mould when I was originally told it was going to be included in my quote. I feel deceived by the salesman that first came to my house and ignored when no-one bothered to call me back.

Aaron was honest and upfront with us and said he didn't think that it would match the other two areas unless we redid all 3 areas. One business said it would take him 2 weeks and dust would be atrocious as he didn't have the equipment to eliminate the dust!!! He said he would have to cover furniture with plastic and tape off other areas and remove tvs from the area!!!!!!!! We said no thank you!!!!!!! Aaron has a state of the art dust removal system and what an incredible job!!!!!!!!!! I don't think I would have had to dust anything after he was done...but what I did dust was what was there before he came to do the floors!!!! LOL!!!!!!
