10/28/2023 We had an…read moreepoxy floor in our oversized 3 car garage 15+ years ago. Select Coatings just finished putting on their coating and we could not be more pleased. We thought we would enjoy it but didn't realize just how nice it was really going to be. The crew was professional and wasted no time in getting to it. In addition to the garage they also installed a new floor in our screened porch. That turned out equally nice. Both projects were so nice we wished we had done this years ago. This was a 3 day project and even though we are 100 miles or so away we felt the cost was well worth it. Give them a try - you will not regret it! If in Sioux City give me a call and I'll be happy to show you the finished product. If you just want to talk about it, feel free to call. Cliff Tufty 712-251-4052

He was transparent on the price, the process, and the payment. His team workers came in and had an entire roof on in one day. That was new boards, shingles, vents, drip caps, and gutter guards. His team worked all day to get it done and ran out of daylight. The next day they cleaned up racking and using a magnet to make sure there were no nails on the ground. The Top Notch Roofing team were very efficient. Hands down best experience with a contractor.

They arrived that morning exactly when they said... which is not typical for many contractors. The work was excellent. They kept in communication with me and told me about some problem areas that were discovered during removal of the old siding. They could have just covered these areas up and moved on, but they wanted it repaired right, so they cut out the old wood, installed some new sheathing, and then sealed all the windows properly with Vycor (self sealing tape). They installed house wrap and then the siding the way it should have been done the first time. Based upon their attention to detail it is quite clear this siding job will last for decades. Very pleased with the quality of work and the entire experience. Even their cleanup was superb - they used tarps to catch debris and even went over the entire area with a magnetic sweeper to pick up any dropped nails. Cannot say enough about these guys - they work hard and deliver a quality result. E&C is now on my short list of contractors that I trust and use time and time again. My siding is now better than new and I hope I don't need a new roof anytime soon, but if the next big hail storm hits I can promise you I'll be contacting E&C without a doubt. Well done guys. Products used: Tyvek House Wrap, Vycor Self-Sealing Membrane, LP SmartSide pre-primed siding and trim.
