My husband and I had K N Construction build us a house in 2007. I cannot count on 2 hands the number of things that are terrible or done incorrectly. Here are a few examples: chipped bathtub, unlevel door frames, too little insulation, misplaced plumbing in basement... The list goes on. This doesnt even include the poor customer service. The staff is not polite and the repairs are slow to be fixed. When we did the first walk-thru after the house was complete, there was urine all over the toilet - the contractors or builders or someone peed all over the toilet. GROSS! NEVER again will I build with them or recommend them as a builder. read more
