I am his family I'm his sister-in-law I have worked for Sean for over five years. I have not been paid. False promises. The last time I talked to him about it was a year ago. I called today because I needed some money and he owes me over $5,000 I can not get it. He may do decent work but he does not pay his employees. He has a huge problem keeping help so he is often a one man crew. Reason for that is he don't pay his help. Very greedy and shady. So if u do have thoughts of hiring him i would get a second opinion.uh

He just removes and sells that way and says works...so I'm out 500$..just for you all to know...

Having built several homes during our lifetime, we can state with confidence that VanOverschelde Custom Homes is the very best we have ever worked with. Nick listened to our concerns, encouraged our input through the process, and made sure we were in contact with all of his subs, who were also just good people, of high integrity and pleasant all the time. From our first meeting with Nick, we were hooked. He really cares about what you want in your home. No matter how many times we reached out to him with questions or concerns, and there were many times, he never once was impatient with us. If we ever build another home, he's the guy we will reach out to for sure! Nick, thanks so much for everything! Suanne & John

He was transparent on the price, the process, and the payment. His team workers came in and had an entire roof on in one day. That was new boards, shingles, vents, drip caps, and gutter guards. His team worked all day to get it done and ran out of daylight. The next day they cleaned up racking and using a magnet to make sure there were no nails on the ground. The Top Notch Roofing team were very efficient. Hands down best experience with a contractor.
