I showed him all of the dented areas and he assured me (3 different times throughout our visit) that the brick mould would be replaced. He told me that the mould would be the same color as the rubber seal that would be put in around the doors. He also told me that the brick mould would be included in the quote. I called ACS to voice my concerns and I was told that there was nothing that could be done and that their salesmen had so many years of experience that none of them would have told me that (the salesman that came to my house seemed very young). A short time after I called, a lady called me to see how I liked my new doors and when I explained my concerns to her, she said she wanted to talk to someone else in the office and get back to me. This call happened in May and I have yet to receive a call back from them. I love the look of the doors, but my dented brick mould was not replaced as I was told it would be, so now I have had to hire another company to replace the brick mould when I was originally told it was going to be included in my quote. I feel deceived by the salesman that first came to my house and ignored when no-one bothered to call me back.
