I am his family I'm his sister-in-law I have worked for Sean for over five years. I have not been paid. False promises. The last time I talked to him about it was a year ago. I called today because I needed some money and he owes me over $5,000 I can not get it. He may do decent work but he does not pay his employees. He has a huge problem keeping help so he is often a one man crew. Reason for that is he don't pay his help. Very greedy and shady. So if u do have thoughts of hiring him i would get a second opinion.uh

I bought 2 ptac units from Shawn that were in a motel for heat/ac...when I talked to him he said…read morethey all needed a bearing for fan and that was all..45$ for parts he stated...I bought 3 of them for 250 ea, and upon picking them up talked to him and seemed like a good Christian person...I again asked if that's all that was wrong and he said yes, and if anything else he would make it right and pay it back...He didn't have a clue what was wrong he just removed them doing a job and seen cash and sold junk...my stupid for trusting someone...took first one in and cost me 175 to fix took second and third in to fix and my HVAC guy said they couldn't be fixed...they were shot...so 500 out...this all happened late 2019 and I'm now oct 2021 and still no payment from him...sent msgs and he always had something wrong so I gave him benefit of doubt and gave time..then something else again I gave him time...I have msgs from him where he states he will pay back...guess what nothing...I said pay 50 month something, nothing...after reading that he doesn't pay his own family back what do I expect to get back...He is going through hard times I believe so as a Christian myself I'm gonna let it go and hope it helps him out, however do not do this kind of business with him...I'm not saying anything about his work, but do not trust if he wants to sell ya an a/c or anything electrical or household. He just removes and sells that way and says works...so I'm out 500$..just for you all to know...

We are now looking at replacing kitchen countertops and stopped in to discuss. Kathy was a delight to work with and had great suggestions for us. I had never actually been in the showroom and was pleasantly surprised. Lots of great displays to help us envision how surfaces would look in our home. Our home was built in 1991 and the windows were completely rotten less than ten years later (Jeld-Wen - think they went bankrupt but may be out ther again). I searched every available window company and couldn't believe the offering that K&W offered. We chose WeatherShield mainly since it was so rare to be able to pick the wood type of the windows - no pine, the wood is just too soft. We replaced all of our windows with K&W and we love having windows the are a complete match to all or our trim. A few years later we added an addition. This time we didn't have to do research, we knew exactly where to go and the windows to use. I'm going to tell you that they are busy but when you are with Tim Lund or Doug Metz from K&W, you are all they are thinking about. My advice to anyone is don't make a decision until you have seen what K&W can offer. I think you will be much more impressed that the "one-company" window offerings. Go see all that they offer, then make the decision this is right for you. They will show you everything and even show you the competitor's products.
