Then he did something completely unexpected... he offered to work out a plan to accommodate my needs during his off time since I was on a tight schedule. I was shocked. The owner contacted me later that day and we confirmed the plan. RRSS is an outstanding family owned business that puts the needs of the customer ahead of all else. I enthusiastically recommend them. I left my stuff there over the summer, and when i collected my stuff I asked them if i needed to sign anything or do anything since i'd be ending my lease there. I was told no... that was a lie. Well i signed them but they told me i did it "too late" and would still need to pay another month of rent. Low key felt like black mail, i still have the transcript of the voicemail they left me too. I did do it, but i'm a broke college student and couldn't afford another months rent. Which they still did end up charging me! Anyway, my roommates recommended i try and call someone or report it, i eventually got to the boss and most i got was an apology, no refund though...
