We hired Anthony to replumb our house which he did. No problem. But when it came time to come back and finish the job he made the appointment and was a no show...all week long until we didn't even get a return message from him so we had to hire another plumber to finish the work. Not only did Anthony pick up his phone when I called, he and his brother Brandon actually came out the same day and spent a lot of their time from their busy schedule to consult with us. Awesome Experience! I needed to get my main water line replaced, which completely stressed me out. But calling Tri-Star Plumbing Solutions turned out to be the best decision! They showed up right when they said they would and immediately made me feel comfortable by explaining the whole process in a way I could actually understand. I really appreciated how patient they were with my questions (and I had a lot!). As they worked, it was clear they really knew what they were doing. They had to dig up part of the front yard to access the plumbing issue; however, they only excavated what was absolutely necessary. I appreciated their effort to minimize the disruption and put things back in place. Before they finished up, they checked every connection and made sure my water pressure was working correctly.
