Dylan called first thing in the morning, upon his arrival diagnosed the problem in about 30 seconds, went to his truck for a part, and had the repair completed five minutes later! WOW! The cost for the service call and repair was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call Zuercher should I have any future issue. My experience with Zuercher has also started me thinking about ways to improve the 30+ year old lighting in my home, and I will be calling them in the near future to tackle that project!

After completing the service, I was advised that the iPad had erroneously given me the "Member" price and my actual cost would be $675. I have been advised that the $550 quote was an extreme price for the service call. I later requested an itemized bill and was told "We don't do that" My initial intent was to use a local company, I learned the plumbing service was provided by a company out of Nashville.
