It was not needed, but due to there incompetence that was their solution. They came out a year later to change the filter it was$300. We thought that would be also for maintenance. No, that would be another $300 dollars. We finally found a plumbing company that corrected everything they did wrong. We now have instant hot water. A pipe that they tapped off was needed and was reattach to the unit. I would not recommend them for anything.

My wife and I were leaving town for the day, so I would absolutely let them do their thing. When we got back home, here's what I encountered: oil spots all over my driveway from their equipment, small branches scattered over my front yard, along with cigarette butts and, holes in my lawn where they let parts of the tree fall and hit the ground. I pressure washed my driveway, and it still didn't remove the stains. I wouldn't recommend anyone let them have access to your yard for anything. I am beyond irritated. Not only did Anthony pick up his phone when I called, he and his brother Brandon actually came out the same day and spent a lot of their time from their busy schedule to consult with us. Anthony and Brandon were actually able to come and do the work the next week! I was shocked thinking we would have to wait weeks for them to work us into their schedule. They both did VERY thorough and complete work and were even so kind and gracious to work on another plumbing job we had after finishing the laundry room work.
