Thorough, Professional, and Customer-Focused…read more I recently bought a home and wanted to get a clear understanding of the electrical system while also bringing it up to modern standards. When Tim from R&A Enterprises came out for the initial assessment, we started with the panel. To say it was a mess would be an understatement. As Tim put it, "You're not in immediate danger, but..." That's when you know there could be problems. What should have been a 150-amp panel was actually only running on 50. Tim took the time to walk through the entire house with us at our pace, explaining what we had, pointing out where corners had been cut, and referencing code along the way. We did get another bid that came in close on price, but ultimately chose R&A, and I'm very glad we did. Our panel upgrade was scheduled as a one-and-a-half-day job, but it ended up taking nearly a week due to hidden challenges along the way. R&A handled everything with patience and professionalism, making sure the work was done right.
