I love how everything now very neat, tidy, and convenient. He wasn't, perhaps, the cheapest option but his prices are fair (and with my attention to detail, does it sound like it's be happy with the cheapest option? Lol)

N2H Electrical responded to our request for service very quickly. He has experience working with Realtors and people involved in the home buying and selling process. He addressed the work that was requested in our inspection objection only and did not make recommendations for work outside of the scope. Most of the electricians I encounter give me vague information. N2H provided extremely clear information and guidance and included all of the relevant building codes in our estimate. Then, one of the tracks stopped working immediately. The track lighting is on a ceiling about 20 feet up - keep in mind, there is no way it could be tampered with on my end as I'm not a 16ft woman. Three separate times, I had their technicians come out, and "repair" the track, only to have it break again days later. At a certain point, I think March of 2023 - They came out one last time and said I needed a new track. They said they'd order one and get back to me, I never heard back. At this point, other things came up and I stopped calling to ask about it - (I had a miscarriage, a father on hospice, more pressing business than a piece of track lighting.) Now, with a bit more time on my hands I called again to inquire about the broken track - again, someone came out, said it needed to be replaced and said they'd be in touch. This was 7/19. I never heard back until I called them yesterday, 7/31 and left a sassy message, because I'm so sick of dealing with this piece of junk. At this point, they want to charge me for the broken piece - insinuating that its past the warranty and that I've done something to break it... even though, its been broken since install in 2022 - Its their fault its past warranty because they never called me back. Someone named Brook offered to cover the charge after a nasty email, but I'm sure the install will be late - and probably not work, Especially now that I've voiced my complaints.
