The real thing that set them apart for me was their help with my hot tub. They did some great work concealing the conduit, wiring in the boxes, and perfectly measuring where the conduit came out of the ground so the steps concealed it. To be honest, I didn't even ask they just did it and it was a very nice detail and the perfect touch. On top of that they even went to the hot tub dealer just to get a look at the tub and do their due diligence beforehand. Super easy to communicate with, and just overall nice guys. Don't listen to Rae AKA Karen below. Adept will be my electricians for as long as I live here.

I contacted Erin on installation day when LOWES CANCELLED THE INSTALL A HALF HOUR AFTER THE SCHEDULED ARRIVAL TIME. She was a dream to work with. Erin addressed my problems and the installation was completed directly through O'Brien without any further issues. Due to a very high ceiling height, this fan installation required two technicians. My techs, Shane and Jeremy, were personable and professional and did a stellar job with the install. I highly recommend O'Brien Electrical Contractors and I will happily rely upon them in the future for any electrical needs.

Their estimate came in very reasonable compared to other companies out there. We were able to schedule this for a week later it was a tough job the furnace was in a crawl space and had to be removed piece by piece and the new one had to be installed in a reverse position. The 2 installers were extremely polite and never complained once about the difficulty of this job. Express Pros in my opinion went above and beyond and did a 5 star installation. The new system is bigger and more efficient compared to the 21 year old system that was removed. The air flow is unbelievable. I cant speak for the heat as of yet but the AC cools the townhouse almost 8 degrees cooler than its ever been with the old system. Thank you again for the new system and professional service we received!!!

We spent a lot of money on these units and they do this? I'd never EVER use them again or recommend them to ANYBODY. BEWARE!! GOOD ELECTRIC SERVICE…read more I REALLY needed a "Good" electrician! My project of adding central A/C to each of the units in my Washington Park 4-plex had turned into a nightmare. The company I had chosen for the HVAC portion of this project had completed their end of the work promptly and professionally For the electrical portion of this project I used a licensed electrician who had done a few smaller jobs on my building in the past. After a week's worth of work my new A/C's were up and running. Then came the phone call. A new tenant had received an electric bill for $300 for 2 weeks of electricity. The electrician I had hired had jury rigged the wiring to get the proper voltage to each A/C unit and one tenant was paying for 3 A/C's. While trying to figure out what was going on I discovered that in gaining access to the wiring that electrician had used a hammer to beat holes in the walls of my beautiful apartment building which he left unrepaired. A quick check with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) revealed that his license had been revoked 2 months earlier, Not only had my building been vandalized by this criminal, his jury-rigging had jeopardized the safety of my tenants and the safety of the building. In the following days I contacted a total of 15 electricians looking for someone to correct these hazardous issues. More than 1/2 had no interest in the job once I described the situation. A few others came to look at the job then never got back to me. Most appeared to lack the expertise or knowledge to structure, manage, and oversee this fairly large and complex project. I needed an electrician with the ability to work with Xcel, to work with a design engineer, to work with the city, and to navigate the permitting process. Of the 15 electricians I had reached out to only David Barbero, president of Good Electric Service Company, was able to fully conceptualize what needed to be done and make it happen. In strategizing for this job David, and his team, visited my property on two occasions. Their thoroughness included exploring the crawlspace, the utility room, the attics, and the current service/electrical panel in each of the four apartments. David's bid was competitive and his level of planning expertise extraordinary. His 30+ years of experience was apparent. David and the guys at Good Electric had earned my business. Within 48 hours of signing a contract the necessary permits had been acquired, the builders application for service upgrade had been submitted to Xcel Energy, and an engineer had been brought in to generate the required stamped engineering plans. The company's head electrician Mike, who is a licensed journeyman electrician, would be the lead on the project. Mike is working towards his Master's license and teaches other electricians at a local trade school. Subsequent to winning local and regional competitions for electrician skills Mike recently went on to earn First Place in the National Wire Off competition. He is literally the undisputed number one electrician in the nation! Mike's team member Sean is equally committed to maintaining the highest possible standards and is currently working towards his licensure as Journeyman electrician. The last member of the team was a hard working young man by the name of Quinton. Quintin's goal is to work his way through the ranks as he moves forward towards a career as a licensed Master Electrician. Quintin has already begun studies as he begins his journey towards licensure. Watching the work unfold was akin to watching a well-planned military exercise. All materials were delivered and staged the day before the work began. When Mike, Sean and Quintin arrived, work commenced immediately with each member of the team knowing exactly what should be done and in what sequence. It was like watching a precision drill team in action. As a courtesy to my tenants 24 hours advance notice of when their power would need to be shut down was provided. The time that my tenants were without power was less than 30 minutes per apartment. Work began on Wednesday and was completely up and running by Friday. The inspection by the city took place on the following Monday and declared to be 100% perfect! My electrical nightmare was over. It is without equivocation that I recommend Good Electric and the top-notch electricians that they employ. I found their pricing to be competitive, their knowledge to be extensive, and their commitment to excellence unparalleled. With Much Gratitude, Jennifer Anne Blair, MA Jennifer Blair Property Management LLC

They couldn't have made a better recommendation. Zach is responsive and clear in communicating by email, which makes everything much easier. He came by and helped us think through different options for both ceiling lighting and under-cabinet lighting, and when we asked him to recommend specific products for the job, he was happy to do so. He made everything incredibly easy. The actual work turned out great. ZAE showed up when they were supposed to, did high quality work, and left the site as clean as how they found it. The lighting improvements ended up being our favorite part of the kitchen upgrade overall. Importantly, the quoted price was quite reasonable, there was no haggling needed, and there were no surprises at the end. Additionally, while working on the job, Zach gave me some pointers on things I could do myself around the house - which I found especially helpful, not being particularly handy myself. More recently, I had a couple minor issues related to some lighting work I did elsewhere in the house. Stumped, I emailed Zach looking for suggestions. Again, he was responsive by email, and he offered to stop by the house one afternoon to take a look and provide further helpful suggestions. And, unlike other contractors (especially electricians and plumbers) that I've experienced, this didn't come with an exorbitant bill just to knock on my door! ZAE does great work, and Zach is a skilled, conscientious electrician. He's also a very nice guy. Highly recommended.
