I ordered that as well with my entree. We started with the shrimp ceviche. This is a unique rendering of the dish and quite enjoyable. The portion, however, was surprisingly and remarkably small for $17 even by upscale FTW/Dallas restaurant comparisons. The Caesar salad presentation here is so creative. See my pic. The dressed whole Romaine leaves are arranged in a toasted Parmesan cylinder which you crush up, slicing the leaves yourself to mix. The dressing is excellent. Again the portion is small, especially to share. But the price point is reasonable at just $10. We both opted for the grilled quail. This was the star of the show. The quail were nicely seasoned and perfectly grilled. The mound of crisp, fresh Arugula sang with the most perfect Arugula enhancing vinaigrette we have ever tasted. However, after 2 months of trying to get an account set up on their online system and playing phone tag with the occasional person who answers the phone, I'm regretting the decision to go with the discount. I've called them and left messages no less than 10 times over the last 2 months and they are not able to connect my Groupon code to my account to even help me get started with my online e learning to get to a point where I can progress to the pool. My schedule is such that the summer was the only time I could get this done, as I am very busy once mid Aug hits. I'm highly disappointed in the responses, lack of helpfulness and have basically written off even being able to get certified at this point. Hundreds down the drain. Highly disappointed.
