History

Established in 1966.

In 1966, Paul W. and Joyce Burnett left their careers to start Burnett's Great Southwest Employment Services in Arlington, TX. Their mission was to make a difference in the staffing industry through unrivaled service, honesty, integrity, and professionalism. Initially specializing in permanent placement, the family-owned business quickly grew to include Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, and Temporary employment services, becoming what is known today as Burnett's Staffing. Today, with 11 offices across Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Arlington, and Addison, our original mission remains the same. We strive to provide the highest quality recruitment, screening, and customer service to help grow exceptional teams as well as assist professionals advance in their desired careers. Our commitment will forever be devoted to making a difference in the life of another.

Meet the Business Owner: Paul D. B.

Paul began working alongside his parents, Paul W. and Joyce Burnett, in 1985, after obtaining his MBA in Marketing and BBA in Management from Texas Christian University. As President and CEO, Paul's involvement includes leading Burnett's Staffing's executive team, overseeing strategy and direction of the company, and actively contributing to strategic partnerships and community outreach programs. Paul is an active member of Vistage and serves on the board of directors for several local organizations. Paul firmly believes that there is a job opportunity for everyone, and it is our job to find it. He has a deep-rooted passion for helping others and stands behind the company's undertaking to make a difference in the life of another.
