There are many more locations to sub at than the last time I worked for this company, so it is really easy to find an assignment on the days you want to work. Also really easy to take off when you need to. Direct deposit and they pay once a week, as opposed to other districts, which only pay once a MONTH. Normal districts would require you to work a whole month and then get paid the following month, sometimes having to wait 6 weeks for a check! Other districts need to use Kelly Services to book their subs. It would be much easier, and the districts would have less liability, therefore making it easier on everyone involved (Employer, Employee, Admin, Other Teachers/Staff at the school, and Students).
