I have worked for this company before and came back after several years. Diane is very friendly,…read moreknowledgeable, and efficient. I called about subbing again for Kelly Educational, and I got an onboarding packet emailed to me immediately. The next week I was at orientation (which was really relaxed, enjoyable, and informative. Diane is a hoot!) and I was working that same week. There are many more locations to sub at than the last time I worked for this company, so it is really easy to find an assignment on the days you want to work. Also really easy to take off when you need to. Direct deposit and they pay once a week, as opposed to other districts, which only pay once a MONTH. Normal districts would require you to work a whole month and then get paid the following month, sometimes having to wait 6 weeks for a check! Other districts need to use Kelly Services to book their subs. It would be much easier, and the districts would have less liability, therefore making it easier on everyone involved (Employer, Employee, Admin, Other Teachers/Staff at the school, and Students).

I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication toward the end of my auto…read moreaccident settlement process while working with Brittany. During earlier conversations, I believed the amounts being discussed referred to reductions in medical bills rather than the actual amount I would personally receive from the settlement. Unfortunately, this misunderstanding was not clarified until much later in the process. I was also uncomfortable when a recording of our phone conversation was provided as proof of my acceptance of the settlement amount, as it felt dismissive of my concerns rather than an effort to clarify the misunderstanding. Additionally, I was told that the attorney would look into the possibility of reducing the attorney fees since I would still be responsible for several thousand dollars in hospital bills. However, I never received a clear follow-up regarding whether that discussion took place or what the outcome was. While some staff members were responsive and professional, improved communication and greater transparency would have made this experience significantly less frustrating. Such as informing me there were liens from medical bills before the settlement was finished. As this was the second time I had retained this law firm for an auto accident matter, I reasonably expected the process to be handled in a manner similar to my prior contact. Based on my experience in this matter, I do not feel comfortable recommending this firm to family members or friends at this time
