Burnett's truly is an amazing company. I started in October of 2013 and was so impressed with the professionalism of the building and the staff. I had previously applied at a staffing agency and waited over an hour in a stuffy room with 12 other people for an interview that lasted 3 minutes and never received a call back, knowing that I had plenty of qualifications. Burnett's invited me in for a one on one interview that started promptly at the scheduled time and lasted 30 minutes. At that time, I also took all of my aptitude tests and did a video interview. Karen Aggas is probably the sweetest, most helpful woman I have ever met. She constantly was checking in, and when one temporary position ended, she was immediately finding another for me. I sincerely appreciate Burnett's Staffing and they should feel extremely proud of the way that they make their employees feel valuable. I've used a couple of staffing agencies in the past and Burnett's has been really good and most professional one to work with. The only thing is I started off with someone else another point of contact and did not get any calls with her so it was a slow start but then I got a call from Olivia Teague saying she is my new point of contact and ever since then she has been real consistent on helping me out. I've also recently ran into Mr. Burnett and he himself was also very professional and down to earth. This Ft. Worth agency is a huge waste of time. Other reviewers here called them judgmental & condescending. Really, they are just outdated and irrelevant to the job market. They are disrespectful to high quality applicants and they have very few jobs to offer, probably because they lack relationships with businesses in the community. Their processes for matching prospective employees to jobs seem like something from 1950 .... they're still trying to place experienced, well educated and qualified women with strong IT skills in roles according to their typing skills. I was put through a useless and frustrating process by a particularly moronic woman called Nikki Wilson. Stay away. read more

I worked with Nikki and had a great experience. Within one month of my initial application I had accepted a new job offer. I have two degrees and plenty of experience, but struggled to find opportunities during COVID. Nikki had five positions for me to apply to the first day we met. Yes, Burnett's is thorough and will require lots of references, a video interview, and constant communication... but ultimately it worked! I had a hard line for salary requirements and I was able to get placed into a position that met that financial goal.
