We we sat on it the table wabled allot as well as 3 out of 4 chairs. Moved it to different areas to see if floor but same. One chair solid and all else wabled so called store, spoke to Carina. She sent guys back out and they adjusted and all was stable, no wobble but by few times used went back to being unstable. Calle Carina and she said husband said had to be floor. I explained why I can't be the floor and furniture defective and poorly made. She said would tell her husband and get back to be but never did. I need to completely furnish a 2 bed next month and was going to go back to them but now would never recommend. Stuck with a defective wobbling dining room set and threw away $440.

This may be a review for just their "custom" furniture or anything they have to put together. I originally posted a great review of this place. The sales customer service was great. The delivery guys were polite. However, be careful once delivered and they leave you are screwed. Regarding the couch, If you have a problem they will not do anything for you. It is in the policy so I can not blame them for that. However, When we sat on the couch in the show room it was amazing. However the "custom" built one that was delivered was not the same. I was not home at the time of the delivery and my wife is not the type of person to complain so we dealt with it for a while. The problem is with the cushions. They are completely trashed in about a year. They are calling it wear and tear and not covering it. So unless you are the type of people that purchase a couch every year, do not purchase from them. The store blames the manufacturer and has no remedy for your problem. NO ATTEMPT TO HELP OR FIX THE PROBLEM. So now I will tell everyone I know about my experience, so no one else has to go through this. On a side note we also purchased 4 barstools from them and they fell apart in about 6 months. All chairs lost the bolts out of them and have to be fixed constantly. I know that this happens sometimes but it gets a little annoying when you have to tighten them and spend extra money to fix a problem that you shouldn't have to for the amount of money you spend.

Bought a canister style and I will never go back to upright - if you have back and arm problems like me this is the model for you !!! Soooo easy to use and gets all the dog hair !!! Yay !!!
