So I went to Lowe's to pick up four pieces of half inch rebar, that was it. I checked my app on my…read morephone and it said they had over 100 pieces. So I get there, and they have none in there bin on aisle 21. I went to the front contractor's desk and she checked her Lowe's app and said they had plenty in the back. So I thought I should have them go pull it to make sure they have it. And the Lowe's worker said I had to pay for it first. I'm in hurry I didn't want to argue and so I paid for it because I'm in a time crunch. So the worker goes to the back and says he doesn't have it. So now I had to go stand and return line for $24.00. I should have insisted that he goes to check and pulls the order before I pay for it. This is why I don't like dealing with Lowe's. This does not sound normal to me that I have to pay for a 24-dollar item first before they go pull it. Extremely frustrated and not happy with Lowe's. I should have went to Home Depot--i wouldn't have had this problem of having to pay for it first. I'm guess It would have been a huge inconvenience for the Lowe's attendant to go back and check on it for me before I purchased it. Never again!!
