They installed the faucet incorrectly and the drawer would not close because it hit the drain pipe. Which was never an issue in the thirty years we lived in the house. Notified Fireplace & Granite immediately and sent photos and then a video they requested because they were too busy to come see the issue. Days went by with no response. We ended up hiring a plumber to adjust the faucet drain pipe. Our salesman (Travis) instructed us to pay the bill and said they would send a check to cover the repairs. Then nothing but excuses when we asked about the refund. "Only the owner can sign checks and he's on vacation. He will send a check when he get's back in town." Months later and still and no reimbursement. Now they don't bother replying to inquiries. Buyer beware.

He was incredibly patient, from working around the home inspector for the consultation, the plumber replacing pipes under the sink and appliance delivery. My backsplash tile was very intricate, and I was blown away when I saw him laying it out and making a template to include the many outlets on the wall. Once laid out, he was sure to get my opinion on what part of the tile pattern I wanted to emphasize before tracing the template and making the cuts.
