When it came time for the cabinet install, David Freeman (owner US Cabinets Express) kept delaying with excuses; NEVER did any of the job; NEVER supplied any cabinets. Delayed the construction process 8 weeks. Still owes us our money back. Took him to civil court; he never should up. Not getting our money back. Check the courthouse records; he has several judgements against him and same thing is happening to others.

We ordered cabinets from David back on Nov. 24, 2025. We were told that they would be in and ready to be deliver before Christmas. Needless to say if you have read the other reviews we are still waiting on our cabinets. It is March 9, 2026. We have reached out via email and text almost every few days. Only to get answers that make no sense or excuses for why the cabinets are not in yet. The cabinets are coming from Charlotte, NC how long can it take. Come to find out he owes money to several of the warehouses so he can't get his cabinets. after reading reviews on several platforms and speaking to people in the construction field that we are friends with we have found out all kinds of stuff. How is it legal and allowed to be in business when you are taking people's money and not suppling them their product. How does someone get in legal trouble and still have a business?? We paid 80% upfront because he stated that we had to since he was using some credit he still had from his cabinet mfg.

They were able to schedule a time that fit my own schedule, since I work nights, and were the most professional of any contractor I've had at my place. Example, they laid down floor protection all the way from my condo entrance to my bedroom door they were going to replace. They also were the only company that used a shop vac. Aside from their excellent work at reasonable rates, they are a personable couple who work well together and truly show that they care about you as a customer and about doing things right. I HIGHLY recommend them for any home carpentry repairs. There are many shysters and charlatans out there, and it was a welcome change to deal with such considerate and professional people who know what they are doing.
