Lots of automobile related antiques and just a neat, friendly atmosphere. I've bought most of my cars here because it's hassle free and low pressure. The sales team is knowledgeable, and very friendly. They have a large selection of pre-owned vehicles to choose from. What's even better is that they support local causes. Great place to check out.

My father was looking for a specific Ram 1500 (single cab, short bed, HEMI, 4x2, white and chrome)…read more Another dealer gave him the run around and told him the only matching vehicle was "500 miles away," pushing him to buy something else or custom order. Eventually he gave up after they didn't return his calls. Sean Kale at Community Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep let him know the matching truck was actually NOT 500 miles away but just one state over... They returned his calls promptly, made him a fair deal, and drove the truck all the way back from out of state for him. He was very happy with the experience and I'm glad he got what he wanted without any more dealer BS. Thanks Community Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep and Sean!

Was very favorably impressed by the owners of the business. I went in unsure of what I needed to…read morehave done to my vehicle. Owner Jim had his mechanics take a look at all parts and came back with a laundry list. Normally this would set off alarm bells, but he insisted on walking me around and under the lift to see what he was talking about. He prioritized the list according to urgent need of repair. We agreed on what could be done with time and budget. He later gave me the list so that even if I went elsewhere,I could still know what needed to be done. I spent a good two hours in the (surprisingly) comfortable waiting area. This gave me a chance to listen and observe Jim and Mrs Jim (sorry don't know her name) dealing with other customers, walk ins, and phone inquiries. They were unfailingly friendly and professional. Two people were told that there was no charge for the service provided. One woman thought she needed her brakes replaced. Some shops would have just taken her money. Jim said there was just dust/dirt buildup. They cleaned it and sent her on her way without billing her anything. I can't promise the same for everyone..but again,I was struck by their decency at this shop. They have been at the location for 15 years they said...must be doing something right. Word spreads fast in Franklin if a business is shady. Go see them!!

Their signage is as limited as their inventory…read more We stopped here on a rainy Saturday hoping to pick up some men's H-D tank tops, after all it was spring, but what we found was an extremely limited clothing area. They had only ONE style of tank and their logo was not "cool", just words. The clothing area was not the only "limited choses" in the facility. This was a HUGE facility with limited products. Translating to wasted square footage. I don't foresee this H-D being around long.

I'm so thankful Generations is in our community!…read more I had a self inflicted, small scrape on my new truck and was devastated to have to have body work done. Nevertheless, I took the truck over to Generations and had them take a look. The gave me a fair quote and scheduled the work. When I got the truck back it looked like brand new again! They fixed the cosmetic hurt I put on it and then washed the truck and vacuumed the inside! Also, they quoted me 3 days and got it done in 2. All around I'm really impressed by their operation and am glad to know they exist for any future needs. Highly recommend!
