I took the tires to a different shop for a second opinion, turns out Dreyer didn't install the rim tape so the spokes poked holes in the tube. I'll have to eat my $120, and pay someone else to do the job right.

I've been coming to this business on and off for many years. They used to be a huge dealer for jet…read moreski's, snowmobiles, ATV's and other big boy toy types of fun outdoors items. But over the past few years they seem to now deal more in used, no more new, toys, and inventory has decreased a lot. I assume to fit the volatile market for these types of things. Their service dept has done some repairs to some of my toys in the past, and they did a good job at a fair price. They are located out in the country in the middle of farm field's but have a nice operation with a good repair shop, and nice showroom with lots of accessories for sale. You will notice all the off road toys lined up sitting outside when driving by, making them easy to find, haha. Just pull back their driveway and park. The staff were always friendly and knowledgeable and seemed eager to help. They can also send a truck and trailer to pick up tour broken down unit, if you have no way to haul it to them. I think this might be about a $50 fee, which could be negotiable, depending on repairs needed. Not a huge location and not heavily stocked as the large Indy stores, but if you're in the area they're worth checking into. You might find a great deal on the fun off road toy you have been seeking.

Well after looking around they had a very good deal on a used kart and I bought it. So my advice is if you like go karts (racing mostly) come in and look around. The staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location and it is one of the few places like this in the area. I wouldn't take your bike here for any service work. I took the bike in for its 1K service and it…read morecame out with the cluster lit up like a Christmas tree. I immediately took it back to them and all they did was clear the codes and send the bike back to me. The bike was still idling like shit and eventually died on me at a light. I took it back to them the next day and they had it for over a week. All codes I pulled from it were related to throttle positioning sensor, intake leak, etc. so instead of doing basic diagnostics, they immediately contacted Harley tech services, reflashed my ECM to factory settings (wiping my tune), and then retuned the bike on the Dyno. I then got the bike back and it seemed to ride fine for a couple weeks, but I noticed the idle was sticking at 2k(ish) when coming to a stop and it would just cruise without cruise control on and no hand on the throttle. This was causing my engine to get extremely hot and eventually caused my bike to die again at a light. I refused to take my bike back to southside, so me and a buddy found that my intake manifold was leaking BAD by just spraying some brake cleaner around the seals and it was fluctuating RPM bad and died. I sent the bike to Northside and they found the leak immediately and fixed it same day and tuned it. The fact that Southside had my bike 3 times and couldn't fix a simple leak issue, shows their level of knowledge. Very disappointing. I can say without a doubt, I'll be giving my business to Northside over southside and I recommend you do too.
