Entered first time, had everyone in store turn and give me the stink eye upon entering, including owners/employees. No greeting whatsoever. One man busy with customer, one woman on phone. second loop looking at inventory another customer walks in. Woman finishes call, talks to one customer then proceeds to help the person who just arrived after me. The place had a very unwelcoming atmosphere. More than any shop I've been in. Felt like I was unwanted in their clubhouse. I've never not at least received a greeting and an offer of assistance. This is just my experience, I personally don't plan a repeat.

Dad passed almost 20 years ago and this shotgun had been sitting in my camp, unloved and unused. There was a bad hitch in the rails so the pump action was anything but smooth and some type of feeding issue too. Tad was the gunsmith at Frank's who worked on the gun. He called me to review what I wanted before he started working which was appreciated. The gun was done on time and at a reasonable price. I picked up the gun a few days ago and it looked and worked like a brand new gun. I got it back to my camp and ran half a box of shells through it and couldn't be happier. Smooth and beautiful. I asked again to see it and he told me that they don't like to let people handle it because it was too expensive. I asked if it was for sale and he said yes, but I assume that he didn't think I had enough money to buy it. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know about the way they treat customers.
