He did not notice this until a few weeks after so he never did report this so they were never able to offer a fix which is not the company's fault. I had several issues with the paint job once it was completed and my initial attempts to report and fix the issues with one staff member were not great by any means. Fortunately this company really cares about their customers and I had the owner of the company and another staff member Maria call me to rectify the situation. Not only did they offer to solve all my issues, which by then had already been fixed by another contractor, they went a few steps further and completely covered the fix and then some. I would recommend this company to anyone, just ask for Maria when you call.
