Every contact we have had with Wolverine employees has been a delightful experience. Recently during the annual service, the technician took the time to explain the things we needed to watch for which we found very helpful. I did not realize that after a long usage, due to an outage, the oil needs to be checked. I also did not realize that Wolverine left a quart of oil in the generator to use if needed. After almost a week I still have not received the estimate. I have wasted so much time calling this company to get the estimate it is crazy. I have given up and will be using another company. If it takes them over a week to email the estimate they promised the next day, I can't imagine the time I would have to wait for them to actually complete the work.
