Every contact we have had with Wolverine employees has been a delightful experience. Recently during the annual service, the technician took the time to explain the things we needed to watch for which we found very helpful. I did not realize that after a long usage, due to an outage, the oil needs to be checked. I also did not realize that Wolverine left a quart of oil in the generator to use if needed. The serviceman showed me how to check the oil and where it was stored for future use. We have recommended them to neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. Rob W

I was impress with the fast service cause Wednesday morning 8am Elijah my install tech was at my house with his crew to began work...he was also very professional they laid tarps all Through my home as not to track dust & dirt from the install through out my house!!! By 5pm I had heat once again very fast service!!! The next day he returned to install my new A/C unit!!
