Just experienced a very inebriated elderly woman exit a bar in North County... and then it became…read moreclear she wasn't just inebriated... there was something else going on... not drug use... just a medical issue... but regardless... as she was walking out she slowly tumbled to the floor and was luckily caught by two strong and young caring men. I was surprised that the cab agreed to take her home... but it was incredible that the cab departed and came through. I saw it from afar but wow...
