Outside temp was up in the 90s and inside it would not cool under 79. We called Flex Air on a Thursday afternoon and they came out the next day. They took their time to review all the equipment. They listened to what our needs were. They ended up giving us 4 different options to choose from on how to proceed. They showed us a side by side preview of all 4 otptions and then went into details of each one. This included two with repairs and two with full right replacements. They took their time to answer all of our questions not shying away from the positives and negatives of each option. This gave us a clear picture on how we felt we needed to move forward. They came out the following Monday to put in the new equipment. During install they were polite and friendly, again answering any questions we may have had. We have been using it a week now and everything is running great and nice and cool. We also love the new thermostat. I appreciate them being upfront with us. Again listening to what our needs were and they did not try to push some high end products with a bunch of bells and whistles that we did not need. My wife and I are very happy with service and product. Thank you So much!

We had a plumbing emergency when both of our hot water heaters cracked and flooded our garage. I…read morequickly found Millionaire Plumbing on Yelp and decided to call based on their reviews - and I'm really glad I did. They answered right away and had Cole, their master plumber, at our house within 10 minutes to shut everything off and stop the water. He returned the next morning with two new water heaters, installed them quickly, and left everything spotless as if nothing ever happened. Plus, he gave us a 20% discount on the two new water heaters. A big bonus! Such a relief during a stressful situation - truly grateful for how fast and smooth they made everything. Super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. I'd definitely recommend Millionaire Plumbing if you ever need a trustworthy plumber.

Have had another company doing regular maintenance on our two AC Units. Recently, they came out…read moreabout 3-4 weeks ago, and two non professional looking individuals came to our house, stating they were with so and so company. They told me various things were wrong, all of which were pricey to fix. Was able to get one issue done with family, and the other issues were something I would do some research on before I spent any more money. Called up MillionAire due to the reviews, as we had an issue with one unit not keeping the downstairs cool. Scott came and looked at the unit in question, found that family had messed up the rewiring of the Capacitor, and fixed that. While looking over the units, he noticed that the other company had NOT serviced the units in the changing of the filters, which was evidenced by how dirty the filters were. Scott was very honest with his diagnosis of what was going on, addressed it, and then made some very sound recommendations. Will definitely utilize this company in the future for our maintenance and repairs. Highly recommend them.

I…read morecalled a couple of other companies first who refused to do the work because they had to go under the house. Then I found Parker County Cooling and Heating online. Chris came out within an hour after I called to look at the damage and give me an estimate. He and his crew were extremely professional and got the job done sooner than expected. Not only did they do a job that other companies refused, but I feel his price was honest and fair. I will always call Parker County Cooling and Heating for my HVAC needs in the future.

We though we had an issue with our AC / Heating unit late late Friday night so Saturday i planned…read moreto see if I could find one... online. Since I did not have an "AC guy" I looked online. I called a few companies and got an answering service which advised me I'd get a call on Tuesday ( holiday weekend) to set up an appointment. I was looking for sooner to be honest. I then called Parker County Cooling and Heating (PCCH )on Saturday morning, to see if they could do a system's check and to set up an appointment for their next available time. After I called PCCH (and to my surprise ) a person, who worked for PCCH actually answered the phone when I called. I explained my issue and he, Chris, offered to come out within the hour. He was upfront with his service price which was very reasonable and more importantly we didn't have to wait to have our system checked out. I thought if we waited it could lead to a potential bigger problem if we had something bad going on with our system. Chris responded to the location faster than the response time he had quoted. He also called and gave a 15 mins out to arrival. Upon arriving he was in a company vehicle and was wearing his company uniform. He was carrying gear and was ready to work. He conducted the inspection and checked out the system. After some time and luckily for us, we did not have any issues so we were just charged a nominal service fee. Chris explained there were no issues and even walked me through my system and answered questions I had about it. After speaking with Chris he explained he was the owner of the company and he was happy to help us out anytime if we had any issues in the future with our HVAC system. It is to be noted that Chris did not try to up sell anything and offered some simple maintenance advice for me to do as DIY er. Chris gave us peace of mind that our system was a quality ac unit and that it was working as it was supposed. I feel he took the time to do his job professionally. He was very polite courteous and seemed to be a knowledgeable professional, who is locally based and wants to work and do his job the right way. We didn't need any repairs etc at this time but if we did he would be who I would go to for HVAC needs without hesitation. One other cool thing Chris mentioned to me was since our Ac unit was newer that if we had an issue that it still would have a parts warranty which would save us some money if we had any issues. It appears we found our Ac guy in the event we needed one again . Hopefully we don't !!! Good job PCCH and thank you!

The technician arrived the same day, checked out the system, identified the issue, and it was repaired in short order with minimum expense. Unlike my experience with another very visible HVAC service group, he did not try to scare me into a new replacement system or attempt to sell me multiple choice versions of very expensive service contracts. It was because of that previous excellent and respectful service experience I called Tuffy's now when the same unit had another problem. The owner (Steve) personally responded quickly and got us running with minimal cost. Because our unit was almost two decades old, and to avoid the probability of being caught in an emergency situation in a hot summer failure, I decided to ask Tuffy's to replace the unit pre-failure with a 3x more efficient unit (think saving on electric bills) Four business days later - - - The four members of the installation team individually introduced themselves upon arrival. They were on site for approximately four hours and conducted themselves friendly and professionally the entire time. They periodically updated me on their progress, answered my questions, walked me through the completed system upon completion, and left the work area clean. The system is operating nicely, is SO much quieter, and the final cost came in a bit under the original estimate. Would I recommend Tuffy's for being respectful, knowledgeable, educational, fair, efficient, and friendly? Definitely.

The technician upon diagnosis attempted a bypass in the outdoor unit, discovered a blown fuse, in the indoor unit, and failed to replace the fuse and left a copper wire in place of the fuse, and the system board in the attic shorted out within four hours after the bypass procedure he performed. This left burn marks on the board. This could have caused a potential attic fire. They quoted me around $1000 to replace the part alone. I was able to order one on my own for $140. Not only are they price gouging, but they left the unit in the attic in an unsafe state. I would stay away from this company!
